Gabe, when you have a minute, I'd just like to ask you a few questions. Felix and I are really looking for a school in Germany/Austria...possibly, and in addition, your apartment is so great! Do you mind me asking how much it is costing you? And, I have a ton more questions, but maybe not over a blog.
